Leasy is a unique property management application for landlords, real estate agents and renters. Disrupting the frustrating situation where tenants are all too often left waiting to hear back from property managers, and vice versa – Leasy increases the efficiency of communication between all parties by creating a specialist resource that manages everything to do with the rental agreement. This includes things like paying rent, storing contracts, property condition reports, ledger creation, plus requests and messages between parties and calendars. All that good stuff.
Goodwork were brought in to create a brand for Leasy that would not only be slick and user-friendly for all parties, but also enticing enough to investors, helping to raise enough funds to get the application to launch. Goodwork set about creating an identity with cut through simplicity – simple yet smart. Something that would catch the eye and interest of stakeholders and investors alike. The goodwork solution was to develop a brand that clearly represented all values and goals of the application. From naming to strategy to story – we surfaced a new brand experience that’s loved by tenants, property managers and investors alike. A simple, easy black and white solution that removed all the “grey areas” from rental agreements. Nice.
Since the brand launched in May 2017, Leasy has gone on to win the Innovation Bay Founder Pitch Award, Peoples’ Choice Startup and Angels award, a second place in the Academy XI Pitch X, as well as a finalist spot in the OTEC APAC Competition. We’re all about working with our partners to create beautifully simple, yet smart design solutions that respond to the needs of both the market and the business. Our partnership with Leasy represents exactly that. We’re proud to have created a brand that’s changing the game in property management – advocating for all parties and helping make the complicated, uncomplicated.
The team at goodwork far exceeded all of my expectations. Not only was the final product great, but any of the options initially presented to us could have been easily implemented and loved – it was a tough choice to pick just one with so many amazing ideas and designs!
